A TCA Peel is a medium-strength peel that can treat sun damage, hyperpigmentation, and fine lines and wrinkles. It is a deeper peel than the glycolic or salicylic acid peels we compound and with multiple treatments can reduce the appearance of acne scars. The TCA peel solution is available in multiple strength depending on the intensity of treatment required. As with most chemical peels, greater improvement is usually seen with repeated treatments.

Combine TCA Peels With Other Treatments

Supplementation with glycolic or salicylic acid peels can extend the benefits of a TCA peel. Combinations of TCA and glycolic acid peels have been shown to provide a more effective peel when combined to reduce post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and melasma.

TCA Peel is Effective for Many Skin Types

TCA has less of a bleaching effect than peels like the Jessner’s Peel. This can make it a better option for patients with darker skin tones who may have a high risk of hyperpigmentation from chemical peels. We also offer solutions for more superficial peels including salicylic acid and glycolic acid.
